Strength for Daily Living (SDL)
A low impact exercise class that promotes muscle tone, flexibility, strength, and balance. The class incorporates the use of a chair, stretch cords, and light weights all done to music.

Yoga
Welcomes all fitness levels. Learn poses, breathing, and stretching. This class is a powerful tool to help reduce stress and increase your overall mental and physical health.

Cardio Core
An active movement class that focuses on core bodywork with stretching and strengthening exercises.
