Summer Day Camp

Summer Day Camp is designed especially for school-aged children (ages 5-12) and is held Monday through Friday throughout the summer. At our Summer Day Camp program, your child will try new things and grow in self-confidence as they practice the YMCA core values of caring, respect, honesty, and responsibility as part of camp daily. Your child will practice team work, build social skills, and make new friends. Campers will experience daily devotions, arts and crafts, archery, swimming, fishing, canoeing, sports and much more!

  • Summer Camp runs from June 1-August 14th, Monday-Friday
  • Drop off: 7:00-8:45am, Pick up: 5:00-6:00pm
  • Members: $75 per/wk, Non-members $85 per/wk
  • Financial Assistance is available for Summer Camp
What to Expect

This summer, along with traditional summer camp activities, we will help campers prevent summer learning loss with a series of educational enrichment activities with an emphasis on math and literacy. But it wouldn’t be camp without FUN!! Summer Camp activities include: swimming, gym games, camp songs, canoeing & fishing, dancing, arts & crafts, and so much more.

Specialty Camps

Specialty Camps will be led by camp staff/other professionals specially trained in a particular area to help bring new and unique opportunities. These camps will be Half Day in the morning for $35 per week-Join. Traditional Camp for extra $20 Not included in Traditional Summer Camp. There is no financial assistance for Specialty Camps.

  • Week 1: June 8-12 Soccer
  • Week 2: June 15-19 Fishing*
  • Week 3: June 22-26 Art
  • Week 4: July13-17 Science/Nature*
  • Week 5: July 20-24 Adventure Camp*
  • Week 6: July 27-31 Dance

*Fishing, Science/Nature, and Adventure Camps will be a limit of 15 children. These camps will consist of trips leaving the YMCA and we are limited to the number of children that will fit on the bus. These will be first come first serve.
